Norman Greig Principal and Founder
Norman Greig, Managing
Director of CCS Associates Limited, is very experienced in delivery of Change Management and Business Improvements at the highest level in commercial and government
organisations. He is an expert in Quality and Process
Improvement and Statistical Process Control (SPC). He is an experienced quality and environmental auditor
and software project manager.
Prior to setting up CCS he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management
of a large multinational consultancy with executive responsibility for Corporate and Strategic Planning and Business Development.
