If obtaining support for your WinLIMS software has become a many-fold problem, please contact CCS to upgrade your support and update service to an Authorized QSI Partner. CCS will be responsible for providing local sales and direct support for all UK-based customers and will be happy to arrange an upgrade to the latest version of WinLIMS (WinLIMS v7) to all customers who upgrade their support service.

Due to increased demand Adept Scientific and CCS Associates Limited are pleased to announce an extension to current UK-based Quality Analyst training options. 1 day training courses and convenient online sessions remain a popular choice for new users of Quality Analyst, however for those operators who are already reasonably conversant with the basic charting and data entry functions of NWA Quality Analyst, we are now able to offer a 1-day advanced course delivered by Norman Greig from CCS Associates Ltd - experts in Statistical Process Control.

The advanced course teaches users how to unlock the software's more in-depth capabilities such as automated charting and analysis, customised interfaces, networking and multiple user access, using external files and connecting with external databases and platforms. Custom tailored courses are also available to suit individual organisations at customer premises or at other locations.

Trainer Profile:
Norman Greig FCQI CQP
Norman Greig, Managing Director of CCS Associates Ltd, is an expert in Process Improvement, Statistical Process Control and Quality Control. He is a Fellow of The Chartered Quality Institute and a Chartered Quality Professional.
He has a wide and detailed international experience in quality and environmental management, business improvement and statistical process control. For more than 25 years, Norman has led technical and training projects to carry out capability studies, investigate processes, determine improvements and implement change for commercial and government organisations alike. He is a systems integration expert on Quality Analyst and has carried out many projects across various industries including Pharmaceuticals, Construction Materials and Chemicals.
He is also an expert in the Entropy Risk Management Solution. Prior to setting up his consultancy business in 1986, he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management of a large multinational consultancy with executive responsibility for Quality Management, Corporate and Strategic Planning and Business Development. He is an experienced auditor and software project manager.
